Based on agreement with one of the big mining companies in Saudi Arabia to develop & lease a close community compound; The Company developed the compound which is comprised of sixty four fully furnished villas in the city of Jubail in a total land area of 22,865 sq.m.

 

The Project is completed in short period of less than one year &  handed over to lessee .
